An industrial working environment, with sauces being made right in front your eyes, and the wonderful display of ferments, fresh pods and plants to look at and taste! Simple amazing food with worldwide inspiration from a highly regarded Michelin background consultant chef, who worked under the tutelage of people such as Phillip Howard, Marco Pierre White, Bryan Webb and many more.
Mikka Tamlyn’s, Weymouth 51’s owner, impressive eye takes care of all the finer details after years in high end visual merchandising for global brands like Harvey Nicholas, Thomas Sabo and Patricia Pepe etc.
Opening for coffee all day, breakfast from 8:30am -11am, lunch 12-2pm Monday to Friday, more will be reviled as time takes its course. An amazing space for private dining for you and your guests, having exclusivity of the whole place for an evening and all your needs looked after. Using seasonal, local produce and BYO policy.
