“Our distillers love nothing more than conjuring up lovely new concoctions for you to enjoy. This recipe is inspired by the traditional toffee apple and is the perfect way to bring a bit of sophistication to your Bonfire Night festivities!”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Toffee Apple Snap⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 60ml Silent Pool Gin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 45ml Cloudy Apple Juice or Apple Purée⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 15ml Toffee Syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 Cloves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Small Pinch of Cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Small Pinch of Salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake without ice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Pour through a tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass, or alternatively, a chilled Nick and Nora or Martini glass.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- For extra flair, dip the rim of the glass into a ring of toffee syrup, and very gently pour 5ml of Peated Whisky (such as Laphroaig, Ardbeg, or Lagavulin) to float on the surface for that Bonfire Night smokiness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Garnish with toffee snap or a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
