Ingredients:
- 30 ml JARROLD’S LIMITED EDITION SLOE GIN (50CL)
- 15 ml LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- SPARKLING WINE
Garnish:
- 2 or 3 SLOE BERRIES
Method
“You may have noticed by now how much we love all our gins with a bit of fizz! Each of our Gins bring something special and different to a drop of fizz so why not try them all for yourselves?”
1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a champagne flute
2. Top up slowly with Sparkling Wine
3. Garnish with two or three Sloe Berries
