We are a distillery based in Lymington, founded by two brothers Tom and Jonny. Both raised in the New Forest. 820 spirits produce premium award - winning spirits. At our Lymington distillery we run spirit schools as well as cocktail making classes. Our spirit school allows people to design and make thier own gin or spiced rum, with the help of head distiller Tom. We use locally grown botanicals where we can, for example for our pink gin - strawberries picked 2 miles down the road and sloes and blackberries are picked off hedgrows around the forest, for our sloe gin and blackberry gin
