Slow Grown Farm are a mixed organic farm with soil health and animal welfare at the heart of what they do. Their rare-breed cows raise their calves until at least four months old, and the herd live together on pasture for the most natural life possible. The cows are 100% pasture fed; they eat only grass, wildflowers, trees and hedges. Slow Grown Farm produce small-batch, seasonal, artisanal aged cheeses from the raw milk of their herd.
Slow Grown Farm also hand make cured pork charcuterie from their rare-breed pigs who live in the woods, foraging for insects, plants, nuts and berries.
