Hoxton Bakehouse was founded in 2015 by Darren and Florence, who spent 15 years honing their pastry and baking craft in London and the UK's hotels and restaurants. Their passion for baking inspired them to open an artisan bakery that uses only natural ingredients and avoids the use of preservatives and nasty E numbers. Our goal is to modernise the British high street bakery and create the UK's favourite artisan bakery where everything is made by hand without compromise.
