We’re a small new family run business that started during the first lockdown with the aim of connecting small farms to the consumer, hopefully with the betterment for all. I have 15 years in the butchery trade and my wife, the daughter of a gamekeeper who grew up rearing and eating her own animals, now working as a chef have a wealth of experience to be able to select the best and present it in the best possible way
