We are a young artisan cheese startup, making two types of Ayrshire milk cheese from our family run high welfare herd just outside Andover. Pippin is a brandy washed soft cheese, made using French cultures and a French technique. Bryony is a feta-style fresh cheese packaged in a jar and suspended in Duchess Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
