Local Seasonal Fruit & Vegetables

July and August are wonderful months for seasonal fruits and vegetables and these will be plentiful at our markets.

At Peteresfield, Southsea and Winchester markets we have T&V Vegetables of Godalming, they will have Strawberries, Raspberries, Gooseberries, Rhubarb, Blueberries Red and Black. Plus new season Potatoes, French Beans, Peas, Broad Beans, Carrots, Beetroot, Courgettes, Chard, Cavalo Nero and Fennel.

Also attending our markets in July will be D J Tanner of Sopley near Christchurch, with their Strawberries, Raspberries, Gooseberries, Rhubarb, Asparagus, together with Broad Beans and Courgettes.

Isle of Wight Cherries – SOLD OUT for this season, back next year.

Godshill Orchards from the Isle of Wight will be at our Alton, Emsworth and Southsea July markets, with their Old English White Cherries and the first of their Red Cherries, together with their Cherry juices, jam and chutney.
