We are thrilled to introduce Briddlesford Farm Dairy as official members of Hampshire Farmers’ Markets! 🎉
Read a little about how their business started, as well as what they will be bringing to our markets…
Since 1923, Briddlesford Farm Dairy has been run by the Griffin family.
Today, 3rd and 4th generations of Griffins look after 150 cows to produce milk, cream, cheese & butter.
“We decided to invest in a processing plant. We now bottle and sell all our milk and cream and make cheese and butter.”
~ Briddlesford Farm Dairy
“Our Great Grandparents started with 15 Guernsey cows; all of our 150 cows today are descendants of the original 15.” ~ Briddlesford Farm Dairy |
What makes your business so unique? |
“The provenance of the products. The rich and creamy milk the cows produce give our cheeses a very distinctive flavour.” |
