Ambrose farm is located in the heart of Hampshire on the outskirts of the South Downs National Park in Upham. Previously a free range pig unit, it currently runs a flock of Wiltshire Horn Sheep producing seasonal lamb, hogget and mutton.

Products include multi-award winning traditional & specialty sausages created by them using Free Range Hampshire Pork and home grown ingredients. The ‘Gilbert’s Originals’ are made to a 100 year old family recipe and have impressed judges and received many accolades.

Other home produced delights include authentic dry cured bacon, pancetta, gammons and guanciale, cooked faggots, black pudding, burgers and meatballs.

Nationally acclaimed salami, cured and air dried meats and their most recent addition to the range - biltong produced from prime Hampshire beef.

Beceries produce high quality home baked products by qualified experienced pastry chefs. Our products are available at local farmers markets, farm shops, coffee shops, sandwich shops, and a number of tea shops also available for private order from our premises.

We make delicious, freshly baked sourdough bread, using only the best ingredients available, organic where possible.

Our aim is to bake artisan bread with modern twist by experimenting with new and exciting flavours but at the same time keeping the traditional methods of baking sourdough.

The Butler Country Estates smokery lies in the heart of Hampshire, a few minutes from the River Test, Itchen and Meon, three of the world’s finest nutrient rich chalk streams. Trout is prepared, smoked, potted and packed within twelve hours of being caught.

Cottage Garden Plants Ltd, established in 2010 is situated at the edge of the picturesque New Forest. They grow a wide range of traditional and unusual perennials, shrubs and herbs.

Neil is a chef who has decided to start to bake and sell pies at Farmers' Markets. FNK bring a variety of their award winning savoury treats, such as hot sausage rolls, scotch eggs and eight different flavours of pie.

SAVOURY PIES: Steak and Kidney Pie, Hampshire Steak Dan Pie, Christmas Pie, Moroccan Lamb and Spinach Pie, Lamb and Rosemary Pie.

Now offering vegan options including their Great Taste Award winning, Cauliflower, Fennel and Pea Tagine.

Lyburn Farm makes a variety of different hand made cheeses, all of which are made from our own cows milk. Although they are pressed, these artisan cheeses are not that close to cheddar cheese. They are, in general, a softer and amore continental type of cheese, with the exception of Old Winchester and Old Smales.

Lyburn Cheese is a hard pressed cheese made with our own cows milk, on the northern edge of the New Forest. The herd comprises 170 pedigree Holstien Friesians, run on 200 acres, the remainder of the farm being down to organic vegetables.

"All this originated from one little back garden in Gosport, with us selling direct to the public at garden shows and farmers markets in Hampshire.  2017 saw us expanding into a greenhouse facility near Bishops Waltham as there is only so much that can be grown in that one little garden!"
